Student success and well-being is a priority across the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ District School Board, and student mental health is of utmost importance to achieve success. With this student-made, student curated handbook, we hope to encourage different strategies to help students cope with stress and anxiety, as well as different ways to improve your mental well-being. This handbook also provides ideas for new initiatives within school communities to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and create a sense of belonging within schools. If there is one takeaway from this handbook, it is that mental health is something that we all have and is something that we all need to be talking about.
